· Please apply for a new Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees at least 3 months before the expiration of the old one.
· Processing time: please allow 2 months at least for the new Travel Document to be received from the authorities in Beirut.
Application for a New Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees
Adults (18 years and older):
Required Documents:
· Travel Document Application Form (obtained and completed at the Embassy).
· Palestinian Refugee Identification Card (ID Card) OR personal Civil Registry Record (Ikhraj Kayd) issued within the last three years OR Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees issued after the year 2000 and photocopy (2).
· UNRWA Card - United Nations Relief and Work Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
· Four recent color photographs full front view of the face on white background. Size (4.3cm x 3.5 cm).
· Residence Permit and photocopy (2).
· All applicants (7 years and older) must appear in person at the Embassy for the collection of their fingerprints.
Fees
One year: 44 Euros
Three years :132 Euros.
Five years: 220 Euros.
Minors (18 years and younger)
Required Documents:
· Travel Document Application Form (obtained and completed at the Embassy).
· Palestinian Refugee Identification Card (ID Card) OR personal Civil Registry Record (Ikhraj Kayd) issued within the last three years OR Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees issued after the year 2000 and photocopy (2).

· Minor (7 years and above) must appear in person at the Embassy.
· Both parents must appear in person to sign the Travel Document Application Form of the minor.
· In the case of divorce, separation, annulment, death: the parent having legal custody or guardianship of the child must submit the relevant judge order valid for execution in Lebanon.
· If both parents or one of them or the legal guardian/custodian is unable to appear in person: the person applying must submit a statement consenting to the Travel Document issuance for the child (a travel consent) legalized by a Lebanese Embassy/Consulate General or by the local authorities of the country where there is no diplomatic representation of Lebanon.

Renewal of Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees
Required Document
· The Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees can be renewed for one year upon submitting an Application for a New Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees.
