Tourist Visa
Required documents:
· Visa application form filled out and signed (Visa application form).
· A passport valid for at least 6 months, and a photocopy of the pages containing full name, photo, passport number, issue and expiry dates.
· Two recent identity photographs. Size (3.5 cm x 4,5 cm)
· A hotel reservation or an invitation letter. If the host in Lebanon is Lebanese, he or she must provide proof of Lebanese citizenship. If the host is non-Lebanese, he or she must provide a residence permit valid for at least 3 months.
· A return airline ticket.
· A detailed account statement of the last 3 months that proves the ability to cover the costs of the trip and accommodation.
· Work employment certificate.
· A residence permit valid for 6 months if the applicant does not reside in his/ her country of origin.
· For minors under 18 years: a parental consent is required from both parents, stating that they allow their child to travel independently. If one of the parents is of Lebanese origin, please include a marriage certificate as well.
· Copies of all original documents presented.
Fees:
Single entry: 39 Euros.
Multiple entry: 77 Euros.
Business Visa
Required documents:
· All documents under tourist visa. (Visa application form).
· An official invitation issued by a Lebanese commercial partner (name, address, phone number, commercial register)

Family Visit Visa
Required documents:
· All documents under tourist visa. (Visa application form).
· The document proving the family tie (a marriage certificate, a birth certificate, and/or documents of civil status).

Visa for Medical Purposes
Required documents:
· All documents under tourist visa. (Visa application form).
· A detailed medical report issued by a medical specialist specifying the start date of the treatment and its duration.

Visa to participate in professional training
Required documents:
· All documents under tourist visa. (Visa application form).
· A formal invitation, and a detailed program of the training (date, length, and courses).
Fees:
Single entry: 39 Euros.

Transit Visa
Required documents:
· A visa or a residence permit from the country of destination.
· An airline ticket.

Further information:
· Processing time: application for visa requiring prior approval from the General Directorate of General Security in Lebanon should be submitted at least 2 months before the planned date for the trip.
· The requested documents should be either in Arabic, French, or English.
· The General Directorate of General Security reserves the right to request more documents further on in the process.
· Please note that visas granted by the Embassy do not guarantee access into the country. The General Security reserves the right to grant or deny access to any traveler at the port of entry.
